Porsche 996 – Non-Starting Issue
This classic Porsche 996 had been sitting unused for some time and was covered in dust when it arrived.
Despite fitting a new battery, the vehicle still would not start, indicating that the issue was beyond the electrical supply alone.
Upon inspection, we found that the fuel pump was not operating, preventing fuel from reaching the engine.
Further investigation revealed that the pump’s wiring had been tampered with or improperly installed, which was causing the fault.
We installed a brand-new fuel pump along with properly fitted wiring, restoring the fuel system to full functionality.
With these repairs completed, the Porsche should now start reliably and operate as intended, bringing this iconic car back to life for the owner.
